Sunshine

We caught Sunshine with a net after she was reported to us by a school. She was wandering around aimlessly with her head tilted. We got her back to the hospital and started treatment straight away. She made very good progress and was soon out of isolation. She quickly became feisty, which we want, and made it clear she’s fully aware of our presence. After a few weeks she was released in the place where she was originally picked up.

Moose

Moose is a 10kg sweet-natured gentle giant of a foxHe was unable to walk in a straight line and was completely unaware of our presence. He was wandering aimlessly, and he was not responding at all to his environment or like a fox should.

His unfortunate position at the time made him straight forward to catch and contain. He’s with us now and responding well to treatment. He’s coming round nicely, and at this rate it won’t be long before we are taking home.

Mack

Mack had managed to catch her hind leg on a wire garden fence. She was found dangling and needed to be cut out. We tried very hard to save the leg but it became clear that it was no longer viable. Because Mac was a young, otherwise healthy, fox, with a perfect wild territory to return to, we decided to give her a second chance and have her leg amputated. She is doing really well on her 3 legs now and will be released very soon after a short spell in one of our outside pens.

Every animal brought into rescue, brings its own needs and vet bills – and we will only be able to help them all, with your help.
